Do your products require refrigeration? How long do they last?

Since Peepal People's products are made with no preservatives, no artificial flavors, and no chemical additives, please be sure to refrigerate after opening. Our products do not need to be refrigerated before opening, however doing so can keep the flavors fresh longer.

What is Peepal People return policy?

Unfortunately we don't currently offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@peepalpeople.com.

When will my order ship?

We offer standard (4-7 business days) or expedited (3-4 business days). Transit time varies depending on your location. We’ll send you tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. 

Do you ship outside the United States?

We hope to bring Peepal People to the world in the near future, however at the moment, we only ship within the United States. 

How do you ship Peepal People products?

We ship Peepal People orders via USPS, UPS Ground and FedEx Ground.

My shipment is missing or damaged. What should I do?

Oh no! We know how annoying that is. We'd love to help you out, please email us at hello@peepalpeople.com.

I’d like to place orders to different addresses. What should I do?

At this time, we aren’t able to handle multiple addresses on an individual order. So we would recommend placing a separate order for each.
