Peela Patakha is our most versatile sauce. Fruity & fiery habaneros compliment the sweetness of yellow bells and the earthiness of turmeric perfectly. Pairs with sandwiches, bagels, daal (lentils), grilled meats & vegetables, wings, mac n cheese, pizza, etc.
I’m a big fan of these. They add to my eating experience without overpowering the main dish. And plenty of heat! The heat fades quickly though, which is nice for the times that I accidentally pour a little too much on.
