Zingy Watermelon Sorbet

This Zingy Watermelon Sorbet by Rabia Rao is the perfect summer day snack. Its so refreshing and delicious, you must try it! 🤤🍉🌶️

- Watermelon (Small)

- Zest and Juice of one Lemon
- A few sprigs of mint
Bhoot Bangla hot sauce
- Sea Salt
- Raw honey

- Cut watermelon in small chunks and layer on a parchment lined baking sheet and freeze .
- Once the watermelon chunks are completely frozen, transfer to a chopper or blender. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, mint, a few drops of @peepalpeople Bhoot bangla hot sauce sauce(depending on how much heat you like), 1/4 cup honey and a sprinkle of sea salt . Blitz away until the sorbet comes together .
- This will take a few minutes . You will need to scrape down the sides and blitz it a few times for it to come to desirable texture .
- Enjoy with extra honey and mint on top!
